ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 Jar (2 1/2 oz) dried beef (Armour)
- 1/4 Cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons onion flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 Cup pecans
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
directions
Combine cheese and milk. Stir in dried beef (cut very small), peppers, onions and seasonings. Fold in sour cream. Spoon into 8" pie plate or small casserole. Heat and coat pecans with melted butter. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
