Sherry's Cabbage Chicken Salad

ingredients

Salad
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 package Top Ramen noodles, crushed
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2-3 bunches chopped scallions
Dressing
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Flavor packet from Ramen (chicken flavor)

directions

Toss together all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients, and pour over salad. Toss until salad is evenly coated. Chill in refrigerator and serve cold.
