Easy Chocolate MoussePamela Fear
- 2 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 7 oz Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Heat 1/2 cup cream in a small saucepan until hot, place chocolate in a bowl, and pour hot cream over it, let it sit for a minute, then whisk till smooth, add vanilla.
In a COLD bowl beat remaining cream and salt till soft peaks form, slowly add chocolate and fold together, do not over mix!
Put mousse into a zip lock bag, snip corner if bag and pipe into glasses, top with berries and chill.
