Stuffed Celery

As this succulent roast pig cooks, you need lots of appetizers to appease this hungry crowd. One appetizer much in demand, is Shirley’s Stuffed Celery.
ingredients

- 8 oz. of softened cream cheese
- 6 oz. of whipped cream cheese w/chives
- 1 small carton cottage cheese, small curd
- Salt
- Pepper
- Celery salt
- Paprika

Shirley serves this stuffed celery any time we have a gathering. One of the first times she served it was at the first pig roast on 7th St. The photo shows them behind the roasting pig, complete with an apple in his mouth and green olives for his eyes. ;
