Charlotte Tanaka's Pumpkin Pie
Light, creamy and definitely an old-fashioned pumpkin pie
ingredients
- 1 pre-baked pie shell (See recipe for Pate Sucree)
- 3 eggs
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 1/2 c cream
- dash of vanilla
- 1/2 c light brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon, ground
- 1 t ginger, ground
- 1/4 t nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 t cloves, ground
- 1/2 t salt

Serve with maple whipped cream...1 c Cream and 1 1/2 T Maple Syrup... whipped to a soft peak.
