Baked Three-Cheese Macaroni
A yummy, easy, classic comfort food you will want to make at least once a week
ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups dried elbow macaroni (use omega-3, whole grain)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 cup monterray-jack cheese
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- cornflake crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 3-quart saucepan cook macaroni according to package, drain, and return to saucepan. Add milk, butter, peper, and salt to saucepan; stir in cheese. Transfer the macaroni to a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes; stir gently. Add dusting of cornflake crumbs. Bake about 5 more minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
