Macaroni salad

ingredients

  • 1 (16oz.) box elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup celery,diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1 cup salami, diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise

    Cook pasta according to package directions and cool. Add pasta celery, onion, cheese, pickles to large bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours uncovered.

    Mix garlic salt, garlic, pepper, cayenne, mustard, and celery salt together and add to pasta. Fold in mayonnaise and combine well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve cold.
