BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
GREAT BRUNCH!
ingredients
- 12 EGGS
- 1 C MILK
- 1/2-1LB BROWNED GROUND SAUSAGE OR BACON
- 6-8 SLICES BREAD
- 10 OZ SHREDDED CHEDDAR
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
directions
GREASE PAN AND PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. TEAR BREAD INTO PIECES AND PLACE INTO GREASED CASSEROLE DISH. PRESS DOEN TO MAKE THE CRUST. ADD SAUSAGE OR BACON. MIX EGGS, MILK, SALT AND PEPPER. ADD CHEESE OVER TOP. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30-60 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.

EVERYTHING CAN BE PREPARED THE NIGHT BEFORE AND REFRIGERATED.
