Stir to blend, then add potatoes and their liquid, then add carrot. I cut the dill with my kitchen cutters, and put the stalk in for flavour. Add this and lemon peel, fennel, parsley and garlic. Slowly stir in the milk, turn down heat and add the shrimp then add the oysters. (My oysters were very large so I sliced them into smaller pieces before adding). I cooked it for a few more minutes to ensure the oysters were fully cooked. Take out the dill stalk before serving.
