• 3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 2 1/4 cups Light brown sugar, lightly packed
• 3 Eggs
• 1 1/2 t Vanilla extract
• 2 t Baking soda
• 2 1/4 cups Sifted cake flour
• 1 cup Dairy sour cream
• 1 cup Boiling water

Semisweet Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

• 3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1 lb Powdered sugar
• 1 t Vanilla extract
• 1-2 T Milk

Chocolate Genache

• 1 2/12 lbs Semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 qt Whipping cream
• 1/4 cup Light corn syrup
