Grandma Kay's Double Crust Rhubarb Pie
Even if you don’t like Rhubarbe, you will like this pie!
ingredients
- Mix together 3 eggs, 2-1/2 cups or 2-3/4 cups sugar. Add to 4 cups diced rhubarb. Pour into your piecrust. Top with top piecrust and baste top crust with a beaten egg white. Sprinkle top with sugar.
directions
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hr; turn down to 350 degrees for 2 hours until pie is bubbling over with its juice.
