Baked Classic Cheesecake

ingredients
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese softened
- Dash salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- TOPPING
- 1 C. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven 350°

In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in lemon juice, vanilla , and salt. add eggs one at a time.

Place crust on baking sheet. pour in cream cheese mixture place in oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.

Carefully spread over cheesecake. Bake an additional 10 minutes.

Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. place in fridge for at least 2 hours.
