Rhubarb Crunch
ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Put half of mixture in bottom of pan.
- 2 cups rhubarb
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp water

Mix rhubarb, sugar, cinnamon and water. Let rest.

Pour onto crust then top with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350° until brown.
