Delicious Brussel Sprouts
no...it’s not an oxymoron
ingredients
- olive oil
- brussel sprouts, halved lengthwise
- garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- sreshly grated parmesan cheese
directions

sautee garlic in oil until brown
- 2
place brussel sprouts, cut side down, in oil
- 3
allow to brown
- 4
add salt and pepper to taste
- 5
place brussel sprouts cut side up on plate, and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
notes
i rarely add the cheese. these sprouts are delicious on their own.
