Ingredients

  • 4 10 oz packs spinach
  • 1 bar cream cheese
  • 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 small cans sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 stick butter/margarine, softened
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • bread crumbs

  • 1

    preheat oven to 350

  • 2

    boil (or just thaw) and drain spinach, until almost dry

  • 3

    combine cream cheese, butter, artichoke hearts and water chestnuts

  • 4

    add spinach to mix

  • 5

    add 1/2 the mixture to a greased casserole

  • 6

    sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

  • 7

    add second half of mixture

  • 8

    top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

  • 9

    bake 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top
