Spinach, Artichoke Heart, and Water Chestnut Casserole
my favorite thanksgiving calorie packer. hey, it’s something green on the table!
preheat oven to 350
boil (or just thaw) and drain spinach, until almost dry
combine cream cheese, butter, artichoke hearts and water chestnuts
add spinach to mix
add ½ the mixture to a greased casserole
sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
add second half of mixture
top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
bake 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top
