Spinach, Artichoke Heart, and Water Chestnut Casserole

my favorite thanksgiving calorie packer. hey, it’s something green on the table!

  • preheat oven to 350

  • boil (or just thaw) and drain spinach, until almost dry

  • combine cream cheese, butter, artichoke hearts and water chestnuts

  • add spinach to mix

  • add ½ the mixture to a greased casserole

  • sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

  • add second half of mixture

  • top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

  • bake 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top
