Vegetable Beef Soup
ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 (16 oz.) can peas
- 2-3 carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- Rice if desired-put in toward the end

Put all vegetables in a slow cooker.

Lightly brown ground beef, drain, and add to slow cooker

Add tomato soup, water, and seasonings.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-4 hours.
