Bourbon Franks
ingredients
- 1 lb cocktail franks
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 tbsp grated onion
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp butter(melted)
- 3/4 cup bourbon
directions

Combine oinion, butter, catsup, sugar and bourbon and simmer for 25 minutes.

Add franks, split in half legthwise, toss well. Place in chafing dish to keep warm.
