Cranberry Salad

ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cranberries
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 apple
  • 1 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 pkg. rasberry or cherry jello
  • 1 c. hot water

directions

    1. Use blender to grind together cranberries, oranges, apple, celery, and nuts.

    2. Place in a large mixing bowl and stir in sugar and pineapple.

  • 3

    3. In a separate bowl, combine jello and hot water. Pour over fruit mixture and mix well.

    4. Chill until set.
