Italian Potatoes

Potato casserole great for a pot luck.
ingredients
- 3-4 sticks butter melted
- 5-10 potatoes sliced
- 2-4 pkts. dry Italian dressing mix
- grated Paremsan cheese
directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Layer in 9 x 13 casserole dish:
- 3
Butter, potato slices, dressing mix.
- 4
Repeat layers 2 or 3 more times.
- 5
Sprinkle top layer with Parmesan.
- 6
Bake 25-35 minutes till nicely browned.
