Fruit (and hidden veggies) Smoothies

You won’t believe it until you try it, but you truly canNOT taste the greens in these fruity smoothies! Even your kids will suck these down obliviously!
ingredients
Coconut Mango Smoothie- Half a bag of fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 can of coconut milk (shaken first)
- A splash of water to get the blender started.
- Half a bag of fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice (thinned with water, because unsweetened cranberry is too strong)
- Half a bag of fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt*
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
- Enough milk to get the blender started
- Half a bag of fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened frozen sliced peaches
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt*
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Half a bag of fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt*
- A small handful of ice
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
- Enough milk to get the blender started

notes
*Greek yogurt is much creamier than regular yogurt and will add more consistency to your smoothie. Another option: Try dark chocolate frozen yogurt with any of these recipes for a rich chocolate shake - you STILL won't be able to taste the spinach!
