ingredients
Dough- 6 eggs
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2-3 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
directions
Dough

Bring margarine and water to a boil, add salt. Add flour when mixture starts boiling. Simmer on low for 3-5 minutes.

Let cool and add eggs.

Start baking. Lower heat when rolls start to rise.
Custard
Mix eggs (if using the egg recipe), sugar, flour and some of hot milk. Add mixture to remaining hot milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent clumps.
