My Favorite Cocktails

Here are some of my favorite cocktail recipes from over the years. I love many simpler ones as well, but here are the ones whose recipes I feared I wouldn’t remember. Watch out boys, because there are some really yummy girly drinks in here. Yes, yummy enough even for you. . .

ingredients

CABLE CAR
1 part Monte Cristo Spiced Rum
1 part Orange Curacao
1 part Sweet & Sour
sugar/cinnamon on the rim
PINK SAND BEACH
1 part Chambord
1 part Coconut Cream
1 part Vodka
garnish with crushed raspberries
JOHNNY’S APPLE MARTINI
3 parts Vodka
3 parts Sour Apple Schnapps
1 part Sweet & Sour mix
dash of sweet syrup to taste
ROOT BEER FLOAT
1 part Vodka
1 part Root Beer Schnapps
1 part milk or cream
SCOOBY SNACK
1 part Midori
1 part Pineapple Juice
1 part Malibu Rum
1 part Cream or Milk
BERT’S PREMIUM SELECT
1 part 3 G’s Tequila
1 part Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 part Belvedere Vodka
1 part Captain Morgan Rum
1 part Crown Royal
1/2 part Triple Sec
Coca Cola to taste
MOJITOS
1 part White Rum
3 parts Club Soda
1/2 part Granulated Sugar
12 Mint Leaves - fresh
1/2 Lime - cut in quarters
Put sugar, mint, and lime in a glass - muddle with a muddler
Add other ingredients over ice

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 1/2 Tablespoons Superfine Sugar

1 Lemon Wedge

1 1/2 oz. Calvados (Apple Brandy)

3/4 oz. Navan (Vanilla Cognac)

2 Tablespoons Applesauce

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (Fresh)

1)Mix Cinnamon and Sugar

2)Rub the lemon wedge on the glass rim and then line the rim with the cinnamon and sugar

3)Combine remaining ingredients and shake

Mix over ice and serve in a martini glass
