Lemon Chicken Linguine
ingredients
- 2 large chicken breast
- 1 pkg linguine
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 8 oz sour cream
- 4 Tbsp fresh parmesean cheese
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 3/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1
- tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1 handful of pine nuts (optional)
- Parsley to garnish

Boil noodles until done.

Bake chicken sprinkled with lemon pepper at 375° in a shallow baking dish greased with olive oil unitl done (about 15 minutes).

While the noodles and chicken are cooking, chop your garlic, zest your lemon & juice the lemon.

When the noodles are done, sauté garlic in melted butter until not quite brown. Stir in sour cream, parmesean, milk, lemon juice, lemon pepper, lemon zest and salt.

Stir in noodles and chicken to the sauce. When mixed, put in a serving dish & add pine nuts (if desired). Garnish with parsley.

This sauce gets very thick, very quick so move quickly to serve.
