Cheese-Garlic Biscuits

- 4 cups all-purpose baking mix
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, divided

Stir together baking mix, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake at 450 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes until golden.

Stir together melted butter, minced parsley and the other 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits.
