ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sticky (sushi) rice
  • 1 1/3 cups coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup +3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 mango

it's a little sweet, so feel free to cut back on the sugar. work hard to find a good, ripe mango, as it's the star of the show.
