Mango Sticky Rice
sweet and light. perfect for summer.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sticky (sushi) rice
- 1 1/3 cups coconut milk
- 1/3 cup +3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 mango

it's a little sweet, so feel free to cut back on the sugar. work hard to find a good, ripe mango, as it's the star of the show.
