Nani's Stewed Oxtails
Fresh Beef Oxtails cooked to perfection
ingredients
- 3-4 Packs Fresh Beef Oxtails
- 2 Full Spoons of Nani’s Fresh Sofrito
- 1/2 Of a bottle Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Goya)
- 1 Bottle of Red Cooking/Drinking Wine
- 1 Handful Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Handful Fresh Culantro (Recao)
- 5 Spanish sweet peppers
- 10 Whole Fresh Garlic Cloves 10 Fresh Garlic Cloves Pressed
- 2 Potatoes Peeled and diced
- 3 Peeled Carrots and diced
- 1 Piece of Pumpkin peeled and cut into chunks
- Adobo with cumin
- Garlic Powder
- Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Envelopes of Sazon with Culantro & Achote
- 1 Chicken Boullion (Knorr)
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin
- 1 Can of Tomatoe Sauce (Hunts no salt added)

Boil the Fresh Beef Oxtails until they are almost fork tender. Pour out the water and add the Red Cooking Wine along with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

You will then add all the other ingredients cover and allow to continue cooking on a low/med heat until everything has come together to create an incredible sauce.
