- 4 slices thick cut bread
- 8 slices sweet ham
- 8 slices peppered turkey
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- syrup
directions

• beat the egg with milk, vanilla, and cinnamon

• make a sandwich with cheese on both sides of meat, and a bit of mustard

• soak the sandwich in the egg mixture like French toast, allowing it to absorb a bit
- 4
• cook on foreman, or in frying pan, until egg is cooked
- 5
• serve with syrup
