Marinade for Flank Steak by Bubbie
ingredients
- Flank Steak
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- fresh mushrooms and onions (optional)

• Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix well.

• Place meat in a shallow baking pan and pour marinade to cover.

• Allow meat to marinate 3 hours, turning occasionally.

• Broil or grill.

• Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

• Slice and serve.

**Additional marinade can be used to sauté fresh mushrooms and onions to serve with flank steak
