Grandma Rhyne's blueberry salad

ingredients

  • Large black cherry jello
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese,softened
  • 1 cup sour cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

directions

Drain pineapple and blueberries and save juice. Add water to juice to make 2 cups. Boil juice/water and add jello. Then add 1 1/2 cups cold water. Add blueberries and pineapple. Refrigerate overnight. Cream cheese,sour cream and sugar. Top congealed mixture with the cream cheese mixture in morning and top with chopped pecans.
