Blue Ribbon Chili
ingredients
- 2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 28 oz can chili beans
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 pablano pepper chopped
- Garlic Fresh minced
- Sweet onion chopped
- 1 lb roll Bob Evans Zesty Hot Sausage
- Round Steak
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce
- Liquid Smoke
- Chili Powder
- Ground Coriander
- Salt and Pepper
- Cumin

Mix all ingredients (but not tomatoes or beans) in a very large bowl. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator to marinate overnight.

The next day fry marinated meat in fry pan. Place in large cooker and add tomatoes and beans. Slow cook for 4 hours.
