Leave a commentI gave up on making fajitas years ago because they never turned out very good, but tried again with this recipe. They were just like Lupe's fajitas! We tenderized the meat before marinading for about 4 hours, and grilled to medium rare.
"I have this recipe from the Abilene newspaper, the town where Mack Eplen's restaurants were. It says 1/2 tsp. salt, not another 1 tsp. Also my recipe says 1/4 cup milk, not 1/2 cup. How'd it turn out?
"hi - is it 1/2 tsp salt AND 1 tsp salt? or is there another ingredient missing??? help, I'm in the middle.......(shoulda proofed before I started) :-)
