The first time I made a batch up my daughter ate about 50 cookies in one go while I was at work... No other comments needed!! Good idea to put in the lower rack of the oven so cooky bottoms will be nicely done and won't stick.
I've started making this at least once a month. I can't seem to find coleslaw mix in my grocery store in winter, so I just buy a head of cabbage and cut it up. I also use my wok to cook chicken or pork for the recipe before starting the eggs.

"This cookie has a fabulous texture. It's chewy instead of crunchy; a definite positive in my opinion. The molasses gives this cookie nice depth.
"I love this with grilled/sauteed shrimp
"Take roast out at 115 degrees and let stand until 120-125 (covered).
"Very delicious, even w/o the hot red pepper flakes.
