Lamont Mackay

PHYLLIS HINZ and LAMONT MACKAY began their business partnership in 1977 with the ownership of several restaurants. They have worked as food columnists, travel writers, and restaurant consultants. Originally from Canada, they now travel North America in their motor home equipped with everything they need to write and cook from the road.
