In 1999, Mich Turner founded The Little Venice Cake Company as a second career after many years as a buyer at London’s high-fashion Harvey Nichols. She has designed cakes for celebrity, society and corporate events, including wedding cakes for Madonna, Pierce Brosnan, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Paul McCartney. She is the author of Spectacular Cakes.
